This review is based on the motorbike, not cheap bikes are us We purchased a Yamasaki f 60 for our son, a 73 plate that are done 700 miles. The bike look lovely to start but the amount of problems that have occurred in the last six months of owning it is ridiculous. The bike has started to rust. The speedo doesn’t work correctly in miles per hour Water gets in the fuel tank we had to have the frame welded as the gear lever snapped off. The chain has snapped and yes, it has been lubed regularly. The exhaust studs have corroded and snapped on one side. the back foot pegs don’t stay up the kickstart keeps falling off. It had three accelerator cables. The transfers on the tank have all fallen off the seat has started to perish overall the quality of this Bike is very poor the money that we’ve had to spend on putting it back on the road every time , I would say never buy a Yamasuki spend the extra and buy a branded name like Honda Yamaha . Do not waste your money on a Yamasuki I don’t think we even get £500 for the bike when we come to sell it after nine months of use.

Avoid this company at all costs can't get parts the phone switch for sales parts and service is fake and there actually only one person the same person for all who has not a clue about any of the bikes or parts they offer to call you back and never do there just ripping off 16yr olds with bikes that are made disposable rind and ask for sales and you will get all the help in the world but if you ring to get info on repairs they don't like it and if you say this ain't good enough they will Call you to another employee not realising you can still here them You by a cheep bike and you get a cheep customer services too If I could give minuses I would so save your money and spend the 1800 to 2100 on a good used well known and stable bike company As it will cost you the same as a quality bike at the end of the three years you have been warned

My son bought a brand new Yamasaki from this company. Money he had saved himself for the day he could have his own bike ready for his 16th birthday. The bike has been nothing but trouble, he is so disappointed with it. Currently in the process of taking legal action as they have continually failed to answer the telephone, respond to emails and refused to believe there is anything wrong with the bike - in fact said it was my son's fault! An independent motorcycle garage has now deemed the engine a catastrophic failure and nothing to do with user errors. It has broken down or failed to start numerous times and we have now had to buy another bike so he can start to get himself to college and back again. Please avoid this company, particularly if your kids have been looking forward to their first day of independent travelling.

Rude, bad service and Terrible bikes I mean really bad quality, only advise I can give to anyone thinking this is the type of company or bike you want. Stop wait and buy a second hand Japanese bike. None of the bikes on the showroom floor will last long enough to see a second owner. The people running this circus are fully aware how bad the products are that they sell and will blame you, God or how you ride on anything negative you have to say. For example: sorry could you take a look at my wk demon the engine light is stuck on. In reply got : no mate that's fine wouldn't worry about the engine light being on its not a problem until the bike stops running followed by laughter and pulling out a fag. Ok strange.. how about the chain I need to replace it any advice on what one. "I don't know what chain it needs call the company and ask"... cheers very helpful.

The Yamasaki YMR i purchased from them, brand new broke down every time it rained the first time was within 4 weeks i rang them and rang them but all i got was it was the way it was being ridden. The indicators filled with water which they did not believe and only agreed a 50/50 split on buying replacements ,i had no choice so bought them. The abs braking system is a joke and very dangerous all it does is activate as soon as the brake goes on so it snatches then releases and so on so much so we never used the front brake. In total the bike broke down over 10 times or every time when it rained. We had to hire a van each time to collect the bike, when i asked cheap bikes are us to help with this all they said was we only do warranty on the parts. They offered to have the bike back to fix it but where i live it cost £200 there and back, as it was a faulty bike i said can they pay for the transportation. Point blank no was the reply. We have had nothing but trouble with the bike . The build quality of this bike is terrible the paint finish has a orange undercoat on a black bike and can be seen through the paint it was going rusty within weeks and the gear selector led showed the bike permanently in gear, the brake light switch was faulty after a few weeks, both headlight bulbs blew within a month., the chain snapped. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A BIKE DONT THEY ARE RUBBISH AND THERE AFTER SALES IS APPALING AND PARTS REQUESTED TOOK OVER A WEEK TO ARRIVE.YOU MAY THINK LIKE ME IF IT LASATS A YEAR THAT WOULD BE GOOD.IT LASTED TILL IT RAINED. They agreed to buy the bike back after 4 months and gave £520 for it i paid £1200.00 plus £200 in costs plus over £300 in van hire. When i asked for a refund basically the answer i got was "NO. JUST PUT IT DOWN TO EXPERIECE" I am going down the legal route now hopefully i can get my money back.
