“I had my sons iPhone 5s screen replaced, unfortunately it went faulty, I contacted CheapApples and as promised all sorted as promised under the warranty can't fault these guys very polite and helpful.”

“Went on the chat to an expert and got some help from Mike. He was very good and gave me options and pricing. Once the stock arrived it was delivered on my requested day and the ipad was in great condition as promised. Will definitely use them again.”

“I ordered 2 iPhone 5s's on the website and before sending them out I received an email to check I needed 2 and hadn't made a mistake on the page. Not many company's would have bothered to do this, I then had another email to say they would be sent out that day and should be with me the following day, they arrived as promised. A couple of days later I received another email to check that I had got the phones and that they were both working ok. A lot of the bigger company's should take a leaf out of CheapApples book where customer service is concerned, I am hugely impressed with the service I have had and as an added bonus when I went into the store to get new SIM cards I was asked where I got the phones so I told them, then they asked how much I paid for them so I told them, the response I got was " wow that's a really got price, and they're (the phones) in excellent condition", so as far as I am concerned everything is PERFECT. Thank you so much.”

“I recently upgraded my family's phones all from iPhone 4s to iPhone 6, after searching for a few months for a good deal I came across cheap apples. The website was really easy to use and gave me all the info I needed to make a purchase. Upon delivery I was gobsmacked to find the handsets in as prestine condition to a new iPhone. They look immaculate and at a very competative price So overall I am very happy with the service and the quality of the handsets, speedy no hassle delivery too! Thanks cheap apples”
