“I regularly purchase from cheap coffee supplies. in October I purchased 4 cases of Lavazza Espresso along with other Lavazza coffees. On numerous occasions (but not always) the pouches failed to dispense the coffee and quite often backed up spraying hot water and ground coffee everywhere. I have messaged them 3 times providing photos and batch references for the coffee. No response. The real test of customer service is how complaints are dealt with - or ignored”

“Best prices for the types of coffee we wanted, and the sellers were unsure of our address so they immediately emailed me to check which details were correct, then they arrived the very next day. Fantastic service. Oh and the delivery driver came to the second floor and rang our doorbell unlike others who put deliveries in the public foyer leaving parcels vulnerable.”
