“I regularly purchase from cheap coffee supplies. in October I purchased 4 cases of Lavazza Espresso along with other Lavazza coffees. On numerous occasions (but not always) the pouches failed to dispense the coffee and quite often backed up spraying hot water and ground coffee everywhere. I have messaged them 3 times providing photos and batch references for the coffee. No response. The real test of customer service is how complaints are dealt with - or ignored”

“Prices appeared to be good and delivery was supposed to be next day. However, now almost a week later, and the delivery has still not arrived with no word of explanation or apology for the non delivery.”
