I am trying to cancel an order as I made a mistake on it. I placed my order last night at about 10pm and this morning you are saying you can’t cancel it because it’s customised …. Nothing has been done Ont his order since last night, estimated delivery is 15th of November meaning this order has not been touched yet / printed or anything. Yet you still refuse to cancel it. What do I need to do ?????

Naruto photos from cheerz.com.After the payment, the app crashes. I never received a confirmation email but they took my money.I reached out to the customer service and they told me they don’t see my order in the system, but they can’t sent me my money back, yet. Since they weren’t helpful at all, I ordered somewhere else. I told them I wanna cancel my order if it ever shows up in their system. 1 day later, customer service told me my order magically appeared in the system and I cannot cancel it. I still didn’t get a confirmation email. They obviously don’t care what the costumer wants and try to make their mistakes their customers problem. Will never order there again.

I ordered an advent calendar on November 15 to give as a Christmas gift, it was estimated to be delivered on November 26 at the latest, today is November 29 and my order has not arrived yet, I want my money from back since the gift was for December 1st! I am totally dissatisfied, on November 27th I contacted them by email and nothing was resolved, they asked me to wait a few more days I waited too long, I want the refund since it makes no sense for me to give the gift after December 1st .

Horrible service. Paid 10€ express shipping to have it DELIVERED on July 15th. As of July 18th it is NOT EVEN PRINTED YET. Do not ever order from this trash website. Horrendous scam.

Photos arrived late, had cropped the heads off some of them which I'd followed the guidelines to do correctly, added writing to them which isn't on them! Customer services not very helpful at all. Really disappointed with the whole thing from start to finish wont use and do not recommend
