“Your website is a bit tricky to navigate but I did manage to place my order. I did have a discount code but it would not let me enter it (SR8K5MS3).”

Hi Pamela, we are sorry for the confusion but I just looked over your order and I saw that you had some bundles on your order. If you add the bundles that offer 10% off to your cart then your discount code will not stack on top of that, so that is the reasoning for it not working. We appreciate your support very much though. Hello Tammie, if you felt that your package came over a safe temperature we just ask that you take pictures of the product and email them to us at Sales@CheeseButta.com and we will be glad to help you from there. Our ice packs are not meant to show up frozen, the products could be perfectly fine even if the ice pack is not cold to the touch. We do include a shipping insert that explains more about this if you want to know more, if you do not have that insert anymore we would be glad to email it to you also. Hello Krisitn, Please email us at Sales@cheesebutta.com. Typically we ask that you email us with your concerns when the package has been received. We are very sorry to hear this but we cannot control FedEx after the package has been shipped so we are very sorry that the package did not get their in time but we would love to get more information from you so we can make a claim with FedEx and find out what happened.
