“Was not cold upon arrival . Sad”

Hello Tammie, if you felt that your package came over a safe temperature we just ask that you take pictures of the product and email them to us at Sales@CheeseButta.com and we will be glad to help you from there. Our ice packs are not meant to show up frozen, the products could be perfectly fine even if the ice pack is not cold to the touch. We do include a shipping insert that explains more about this if you want to know more, if you do not have that insert anymore we would be glad to email it to you also. Hi Joni, our CheeseButtas do come in an 8oz for $11, or a 16oz for $22. Hope that helps!
