“Have only received a confirmation, I’ve tried to email and call. My money is out of my account but no shipping information. Ordered for a gift, need to know when I can expect or if it’s not going to ship, get a refund!”

“i order 2 items from this place, a necklace and bracelet. i only received the necklace. i have now emailed and messaged them 5 times with no response yet. half my order wasnt even shipped, and i am asking for the item or a refund.....will NOT do business here again, as i feel now i need to contact my bank for a dispute unless this place gets back to me :(”

“I have emailed several times trying to check on an order#.. I tried several times to check on the progress my order at your website but it keeps saying no such order even though I have the confirmation and and have verified that it was taken out of my bank acct.
