“Poor personal touch communication when the guaranteed arrival date did not arrive until about 10 days later . The multiple attempts to have a personal call back that would have prevented me paying double for an inferior product that the etching was poor on the necklace that was resent to my sisters home address about a month or 6 weeks later or a few thereafter her husbands epic death . What an expensive debacle of a doubly charged order with no response from any Chendom PR rep at my expense with totally being seriously disappointed, and apologetic with what became an expensive disappointment. I too have worked in PR for well over 4 decades and your PR rating is barely a one. sorry to report...4103031551”

“The necklace was not readable and the chain was different. Have sent 7 emails to support for refund and have not heard from them at all!!! Very disappointed in the necklace and their customer service !!!!”

“Watch carefully what you order. I ordered a necklace for my daughter in law and you can't read the saying they provided. They claim because of the size is the reason you can't read it and wont refund my money. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Don't recommend this company at all.”

“Having problems getting an issue resolved. The jewelry doesn't look like the picture. Let them know of the issue and they insist that it is fine. Noone can read the saying they offered on the necklace.”

“My necklace is horrible. The horse picture does not exist it's black. How can you mail something like this out much less engrave the back of it and not see this? The engraving is not centered either. This experience is a total disappointment.”

“Avoid these scammers at all costs. They post deceiving photos and make you buy the product saying that you can return it if you're not satisfied. But when you try to contact them for a return, they lecture you into saying that "the item we sent you is good and we can not refund you your money". They don't provide a contact number anywhere on the website either, to actually talk to a representative. Biggest scam!”

“Took longer than advertised and was it engraved. This was for my grand daughters wedding. Had to reshoot to another state because it came after I left for wedding. Had to take elsewhere to pay again to ingrate. Cost 21.00 for the engraving. So I paid for shipping an engraving again. Was told they would return 7.00 for engraving and have not received. Bad company to do business with, most of all ruining a personal gift to my grand daughter on her wedding day when I could not be there. You need to get rings working better or close.”

“I would have rated this lower but wasn't given that option this company has no phone number for real my bank is dealing with the problem because I ordered 1 necklace for my son and they charged me for 3 then was supposed to be there before Christmas and it arrived Jan 6 and after multiple texts they said they were going to credit my card and haven't heard from them since except asking for this review ( thank God) and my bank is on them for no refund yet but they took the money for 3 the day I ordered it to be continued”

“Be careful of what you order. You can not go my the image on the product page! I ordered a pendant that obviously looked like an actual carving. When I received it, it was only a drawn image! The company would not allow a return! So I paid $40 for a gif placed inside a pendant! The site advertises satisfaction guarantee. They did not honor the guarantee.”

“Do not use this company. The pendant ordered was smeared and illegible. I was also sent numerous emails due to late arrival with the explanation as follow...we are sorry for your delayed order. Due to the pandemic our machines and quality of our products have been compromised. I was very disappointed. When I tried to exchange or request refund...after 3 attempts I just gave up. My 2 year old granddaughter does better work.”
