Bad product and poor support service after purchase. The engraving on the necklaces was unreadable and they will not respond to emails. No phone number to call. DON'T buy anything from them..

I would actually give this company zero stars. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They refuse to respond to any questions or comments you have and send you poor quality items that don't match what you ordered. I will never order from this company again. I've had to fight tooth and nail to get my money and was only issued a credit. I encourage to be careful shopping here.

I was shipped a necklace. It was defective, and a portion of the engraving unreadable. I have tried numerous times to contact this company via their support email. You NEVER receive a reply. There is no phone number. I had the same experience when I was attempting to confirm the order would be shipped by xmas. It was not. I have asked for either a refund or a replacement of my order. I will now dispute the charge because I cannot get the company to respond. Very difficult experience.

Have only received a confirmation, I’ve tried to email and call. My money is out of my account but no shipping information. Ordered for a gift, need to know when I can expect or if it’s not going to ship, get a refund!

i order 2 items from this place, a necklace and bracelet. i only received the necklace. i have now emailed and messaged them 5 times with no response yet. half my order wasnt even shipped, and i am asking for the item or a refund.....will NOT do business here again, as i feel now i need to contact my bank for a dispute unless this place gets back to me :(

I have emailed several times trying to check on an order#.. I tried several times to check on the progress my order at your website but it keeps saying no such order even though I have the confirmation and and have verified that it was taken out of my bank acct. Turtle Galaxy necklace Very poor quality - especially the chain. The 100% Happiness guarantee is worthless - they only refund for damaged goods. Buyer Beware! No Country of Origin shown but they claim their products are "made in America by working moms". Perhaps engraved products are personalized in America but not the actual product. The box, however, is clearly marked Box Made in America.

I have tried twice to email your company to request confirmation that ORDER CD#5954 has shipped and will arrive by Christmas. There is never a reply to my emails. There is no phone number. PLEASE REPLY and confirm shipping. I will otherwise dispute the charge to my credit card and have it removed. Thank you.

In reference to order CD3222, I have tried to notify you that the wrong item was sent to me. I still need the Cane Corso V2 Bangle braclet (silver) that I ordered on 30 Nov. If I do not hear back I will contact my credit company and file a dispute regarding not receiving the item I purchased.

There is no support. Support begins with a way to make contact and replying. Chendom Store does neither. Nowhere on their website does a contact phone number appear. Chendom Store does not reply to e-mails sent to them. I have tried to no avail. I made a purchase recently and since then Chendom Store has disappeared. There's been zero communication from Chendom Store. Are they hiding something ? Doing something illegal ? How does Chendom Store expect to stay in business or be profitable if you don't have a phone number appear ANYWHERE ! ! !

Chendom charged my discover card for a gift I never received. They said they were having trouble with billing on that card. So I liked it so much I went back to charge it on a different card at a later date. But they went in and chrgd my discover card anyway. Still have not received refund or even acknowledgement. Very disappointed.
