DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. The one star is only because they contacted me via email to inform that product would be late with some lengthy excuse that made no sense...but they did inform me. When the necklace did arrive the pendant was smeared and illegible. I was so unhappy as I waited over 2 months for the product to arrive. I will add a pic later to show the poor craftsmanship. Oh wait there was NO Craftsmanship. Very very poor...save your $$$

The customer service ain't worth nothing. They don't do what you say. I will not buy from this store never again bad products and they don't stand behind them. Could never get them to call me. They refused to call. I begged them to call me.

I received a necklace that I couldn't read the writing asked for a replacement or a refund they won't answer my text or email. They don't have good customer service. They want to send me a 10% refund and that's not acceptable. BRENDA Don't buy from this company. They take your money and won't do what the say on site.

I ordered a necklace a week ago for my Son's birthday online. I received a message back saying they will e-mail me before shipping my item. My item till this day hasn't been shipped I've contacted Chendom by email several times even called them by phone several times. This company doesn't answer calls or emails. So if you have a problem your pretty much screwed. Can a real person from Chandon contact me and let me know where my item at? CD# 13721 is my order

Product was beautiful BUT it arrived late and the engraving was wrong. It was a bday gift for our 7 yr old son. Couldn't send back bc he knew it was for him and was so excited to get his bday gift finally. Wouldn't order again from this company

Lettering was much smaller than I expected . Unable to read without a magnification . Delivery was very slow. Will not order again.

I ordered the pendent of the mother elephant with a baby elephant laying in its trunk with sunflowers up at the top. All you could see were the flowers, the mom and baby elephant were so faded you couldn't make them out without a magnifying glass. I ordered it for a co worker who was retiring, unfortunately she changed her last day and the pendent got here the day before she left so I had to give it to her like that. It was actually embarrassing to give something like that to her. I had to keep apologizing for it. I didn't have time to get something else and it was already engraved on the back for her. What in the HECK happened to it, why was it so faded you couldn't tell there was anything on it but yellow flowers? Sorry now I didn't take a picture but figured it wouldn't show because of the glare. Extremely disappointed, absolute junk!

Engraving is so small that it can't be read without using a magnifier

However, we would like to let you know that because the circle pendant has dimension 23.5mm x 23.5mm and the engraving text you add is quite long, we need to fix the size of words to be fit the circle pendant. Hi Deanna, Thanks for your feedback. Because the dimension of the necklace pendant is small ( it's just 24mmx24mm), so we have to make the art smaller to fit the pendant. I emailed they 5 times for label return and refund. The necklace chain is not as in description and the stone is big and cheap looking. The card stock placed in box has perforations. They keep arguing with me, stead of providing quality customer care

Horrible customer service from start to finish. There’s limits on the time frame that you can change your order. I contacted them within that time and they did not honor any changes. There’s also a limit on time frame for returns, and they did not return any emails within that time frame. There’s no number to call. The support was super negative and the products were cheaply made. Really disappointed with this.

First off I have emailed these people several times. I received nothing back. I have no tracking numbers nothing. No number to call to talk to anyone. They will not respond to me at all. There quick to take your money.

I have sent multiple emails to this company. They say the message you back and send “confirmation of address ect ect” but they don’t. I haven’t received any of what they “say they did”. They also say that I returned the item from Beaumont..which I didn’t. My address is in Lumberton so how is that possible? I need a WORKING number which they will NOT provide. This is a disaster. I keep having to leave reviews as they will not communicate any other way. This is horrible horrible customer service!!!!!! I’m attaching the emails I have sent, being they are falsely saying I don’t respond to. I’ve responded to them yet they fail to fix problem..don’t order from this company unless you want a huge runaround, lies, and false promises. I want my money back!!! Keep your jewelry but give me my money back!!! As I read later, the jewelry is cheaply made anyway. Terrible business and customer service!!!!

We replied you that we changed your address and reship your package when it's sent back to us. We do not know the reason why you cannot receive our email. Anyway, we have to said you again that we changed your address, and please be patient and wait us, we will resent your package when it's sent back to us. And we also let you know that due to the wrong shipping address that you left on our system, it occurred the fact that your package was returned to sender. Still have yet to receive my order. The company said I only emailed them once..a lie..they say around a 5 day delivery time..another lie...I wish I had never ordered from this company as they don’t keep their word. I’ve been waiting over a month for this “gift” I was giving; the occasion I bought it for has come and gone. I told her the gift would be here in a day or so but this company made this a lie too, don’t order from this company unless you want the run around, no working number, and empty promises

Actually, after receiving your email dated Mar 14, we responded the day after that we received the information saying your package was returned to Sender Processed on March 1st, 2021. It's maybe because of the wrong shipping address. We waited for your confirmation of shipping address and also said that when your package is returned to our warehouse, we will reship it for you. I mecer received my item, they charged me for express delivery and said ship within 5 days yet it wasnt even shipped for 8 days after i complained. Never refunded shipping or necklace price. Complete scam. Avoid this site there are better site that dont lie about their location and actually send a tracking number without having to complain! Only email i received after purchase was TY about 5 days later.

I ordered a necklace and never received. I have tried and tried to get someone to help take care of this and NONE of my emails or reviews have been answered so looks like I’m out 60.00!!!! Very disappointed, to say the least. I would save my money and time and NOT order from them. And btw, they have no working number to address their issues

Their products are incredibly low quality for the price and their customer service is no help at all, I wouldn't buy from them unless you simply like throwing away money.

Hi Jay, Thank you for your feedback. Actually, you received this package over 15 days and get back here to complain us that your necklace were broken within a week of purchase. We are so sorry but we can't be sure that why the necklace were broken. Our policy note clearly that "We cannot accept customer's returns or exchanges if any product has worn over 10 days from the date your package is delivered." Hope you understand that we can't support in that situation. Anyways, we've never received any kind of this problem' s feedback from our customer about this matter before.
