“I have been trying to contact them for over a week now my contract expires tomorrow and I needed to speak with someone to continue and nothing Ive raised tickets left messages to call back stayed on line for 1.5 hours.
This is an absolute disgrace they are quick enough to send bills and letters but no customer service support.
I have now written to CEO hopefully I get a response by end of play today”
