Poor quality items with NO REFUND/RETURN. The returns info on their web is all lies. I couldn't even return shoes that were too small (they got the sizing wrong). They owe me money. SCAM! I don't believe that their positive reviews are legitimate. DON'T BUY

Sadly, I need to exchange everything in my order for a size smaller. I didn't realize they run big...plus the Jean material is stretchy...I may need 2 sizes down.
It's frustrating have to mess with returns. Everything I order from Shein, fits perfectly.

ordered 4 things for myself and only 1 fit and that was my 10 year old granddaughter, sizing and quality are very poor. have been trying to get a returns label to send 3 of the items back, had an email offering me 10% and keep the goods, then 30%, then 50%. what is the point of keeping goods that don't fit. just want a full refund.
