They sell through trusteed retailers such as John Lewis so i expected them to be safe but like everyone else i am having trouble getting a refund for a dress i returned. I have sent them the receipt of postage and an email from evri conforming it was delivered back to them but they don't reply to email and have been holding my money for weeks.
