Mark was super helpful, informed me they had improved the model and that the new one was cheaper. He dropped one in the mail for me that day as soon as I placed the order. He also gave me a tip to get a few more days out of my old one while waiting for the new one to arrive so neither I or my hens would have to deal with the inevitable dirty water resulting from traditional waterers. My girls took right to the new one. Great product. Can't recommend it enough.”
