They still prefer their iriywaterer but I was pleasantly surprised to discover they had figured out the new Britetap waterer where the have to peck on one of two nipples. ChickenWater sent me the item promptly. I am happy with the product as it seems far more durable than the rectangular model I bought previously. Thre old model was hard plastic and only lasted a few years. I expect this model will last a decade or so.”

Mark was super helpful, informed me they had improved the model and that the new one was cheaper. He dropped one in the mail for me that day as soon as I placed the order.
