“Your quality control is awful. I bought two of your chicken waterers at the same time--one from your Amazon store and one from ChickenWaterer.com. The one I bought directly from your website is what it was supposed to be (Model 2) and doesn't leak. The one I bought from Amazon was the wrong model and leaks like crazy. I had to return it. I won't be buying any more of these. It's easier to buy the food-grade buckets and nipples and make them myself. I made two chicken waterers this morning in less time than it took me to return the Amazon purchase from your store.”
“I like these. I have 5 in 5 different runs. I am having a problem getting all 50 chickens to use them and in the summer heat that is a problem. I love using them in the igloos so that the water is closed and the dirt and debris stays out and you can add ice to help keep the water cold. I’m looking forward to see if the water will stay warm in the winter. Truthfully I replaced one drinker on each one with a cup because I can’t afford to have a chicken not drink in this 111 degree heat and I’m happy that they are interchangeable. I also like the plug on the end so they are easy to clean.”

“I recently purchased a Britetap chicken watererer that attaches to my Igloo water cooler. They still prefer their iriywaterer but I was pleasantly surprised to discover they had figured out the new Britetap waterer where the have to peck on one of two nipples. ChickenWater sent me the item promptly. I am happy with the product as it seems far more durable than the rectangular model I bought previously. Thre old model was hard plastic and only lasted a few years. I expect this model will last a decade or so.”
“I had the previous model and a small piece broke after 2 years of hard wear. I called to find a replacement part or whole new attachment because I didn't see my product online. Mark was super helpful, informed me they had improved the model and that the new one was cheaper. He dropped one in the mail for me that day as soon as I placed the order. He also gave me a tip to get a few more days out of my old one while waiting for the new one to arrive so neither I or my hens would have to deal with the inevitable dirty water resulting from traditional waterers. My girls took right to the new one. Great product. Can't recommend it enough.”
