“The bookcase looks great and was delivered on time at the agreed time. My only negative comment is I expected the delivery men to unwrap the bookcase and take the wrapping away. I have bought several items of furniture from different companies and this has been the norm. I am a pensioner and of small stature so could not have managed this on my own. I happened to have someone with me at the time of the delivery so we were able to do it.”

“I recently purchased a 16 bottle wine cabinet in light oak. The quality was excellent and it was a fine piece of carpentry manufactured furniture. It was delivered in less than a week. Far superior to flat packs which rely on those fixings we have become used to and are never truly rigid. Thank you John”

“Nice sturdy stand which came assembled. The round holes on the back of the stand used to feed cables through we're not big enough for all cables if you have an amp. Resulted in having to cut some of the back away”

“Still waiting on the delivery. Small item which was supposed to be delivered to my work and twice, even after phoning and re-arranging, they tried to deliver to my empty house. I have given up and am going to their depot to collect myself. Defeats the purpose as far as I am concerned. Not impressed.”

Hi Mr Macintyre, Sincere apologies for the troubles you have had with your order. I have looked into this and what has happened is that the courier company have put the billing address onto their system rather than the shipping address. We have put measures into place to stop this happening again in the future. I will follow up with a call to discuss resolving this with you. Apologies again.

“Great size, looks amazing in our bedroom ! Delivery sooner than expected, courier guys great. Assembly was ok: bottom drawer unit arrives assembled. Doors are already hinged on. Just don't put the back panel on back to front like we did ! Really pleased with a solid, good looking piece of furniture. Highly recommended.”
