“Very efficient order and delivery process. Pieces that needed assembly presented little difficulty. I liked the fact that I could find pieces to fit small spaces in my cottage but which still fulfilled the required functions. I like the clean lines of the pieces which, though contemporary suit a 160 year old cottage, Thank you”

“I ordered 2 small bedside tables. They were very reasonably priced and are proving their worth. What really impressed me was the free delivery to my part of the country which has an IV post code and currently attract exorbitant delivery charges, and which is being (finally) addressed by MPs. Chiltern has proved that no huge delivery charges are necessary and for that I am extremely grateful.”

“Being a member of the older generation, I am always a bit nervous about buying on line and the goods unseen. I need not have worried - the Rustic Oak lamp tables and coffee table delivered (very promptly) are beautiful. The quality and finish of the furniture is excellent and every bit as good as I had hoped - and very good value for money. I was also impressed with the careful way it had all been packaged. Your customer service is first rate - a minor problem with delivery was quickly and efficiently resolved. Well done everyone - you have a very satisfied customer!”
