“Good service. Delivery was about 10 days so a bit slower than expected. Quality is fine for what we paid for it.”

“Very prompt shipping and delivery, however on unpacking them, the feet floor protectors were missing from one of the units. This was rectified with a call to them & a set was swiftly sent to me. Decent enough quality furniture for a guest bedroom.”

“5 stars for the unit itself. It's very nice and arrived well-packaged with no defects. However, the delivery driver arrived 45 minutes earlier than the allocated slot and phoned me at work to say that he couldn't find my house. He then proceeded to tell me that my street had more than four houses despite me having lived here for 6 years! He then delivered the unit single-handedly putting it on its side ignoring the arrows on the box. However, he did apologise for his misunderstanding of my directions.”

“I am happy with the quality of the product, however not happy that the fixings were missing and tried to phone but no one available to take the call, fixings had to be sourced and bought locally”

“My mother is thrilled with her new unit. It is very good quality and reasonably priced. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful. I have only given four stars because my mother asked for delivery after 7am but the guys turned up at 6am and got her up. She's 91 and the sudden getting up made her feel unwell for the rest of the day!”
