“Furniture is as nice as expected, although my hubby had to glue some of the joints as the quality wasn’t great”

Hello there. Thanks for the positive review although I'm sorry to hear that you weren't entirely satisfied with the product you have received. We do offer a free returns service for any reason within 14 days although that would now be void given customisations have been made. “Free delivery of item, easy to order! Overall good quality items that were packaged well! Although I did find a chip on one of the drawers where the paint had come off but only small imperfection.”

“the Suffolk wine console was well made the only draw back being that some wine bottles do not fit the spaces as there is not enough room between each row, a lot of my bottles do not fit so a bit disappointed, maybe should be made clear in the product info that anything other than a slim bottle with no shape to it will fit.”

“Great furniture and was delivered on time and well packaged, I have only given a four star review due to the fact that the two chaps who delivered the furniture refused to take the packaging materials away, they told me that I should have paid more if had wanted them to take it, perhaps this was a ploy for me to pay them a cash payment, who knows. the furniture came from Vietnam and is very well made, the quality is good and it looks nice.”

“A good looking piece of furniture that fitted in well with what I already had. However two drawers sticking slightly on receipt. Easily surformed / sanded down and drawers run smoothly now, but might not have been so good for someone without the necessary tools. Otherwise very pleased.”

“I bought a bed frame to match the items I already had. I think the furniture is very competitively priced. Delivery was prompt, without hassle and the guys were happy to take it to the room of my choice.”

“Communication was good, when I called there was always somebody who answered the call no long waits and answerphones! Very pleased with my unit looks exactly like the picture, very good quality and good price ! 😀”

“On the whole we were very pleased with our furniture. It arrived well packed, delivery was well organised to suit us, however one door on TV unit was sprung and wouldn't close properly and nest of tables have a slight wobble on them. Door was easily adjusted although we shouldn't have had to do this. Would have rated Very Good if we hadn't needed to do this.”

“The Chiltern Oak Furniture is quick and easy to navigate and order from. My order was delivered within a few days of the order being placed and emails were sent from the supplier to enable me to track the order. Upon arrival my oak CD units were well packed and well made. They are very good value for money.”

“Prompt delivery. Good price. However it would be helpful to share information that pick-up of orders is possible. I was very close to cancel the order as weekend and late delivery was not possible. Fortunately the courrier service provided pick-up options. It is a bit late in the process if we can only know the delivery options once the courrier service gets in touch. Your email help was quick and rescheduled order date but did not tell me about pick-up option.”
