“Just had my Portland bed frame and chest of drawers delivered. The best delivery I ever had, quality is perfect, price is reasnoable comparing to other companies and colour is exactly the same as shown on the website. Arrived on time and the delivery guys were friendly. The only down side is that there are black marks on the bed frame on one side , didn't come off after whipping with dry and wet cloth. A bit disappointed as the marks face me when ever I get into my bedroom.”

Please do not feel as though you must keep the item, if you are unhappy with it we offer a free returns policy and can provide you with a replacement that you are totally happy with. :)

“First they made me unhappy as they e mailed me with a delivery date then rang me the day after that date to advise that there had been a problem and that I would not get my delivery for another week. 8 days later and still no delivery so I had to ring and ask what had gone wrong. Joe said he would look into this and I received a text saying the delivery would arrive the next day. The following day I received conflicting e mails first advising of a delivery time and then advising of non delivery due to a problem...again !! Thankfully after another phone call, Joe managed to sort this out and I received my delivery of bedside cabinets the next day and I am very pleased with them.”

“Fabulous quality and great price. Very well packaged and love the fact they're fully assembled. Did have an issue when ordering on my mobile which meant I missed next day delivery. Also didn't receive a response to my email enquiries.”

“Really love the furniture we bought. Looks lovely in our sitting room. Only minor problem was the lamp table came unassembled and it was described as previously assembled. Would be a problem for some. But other than that I'm very happy.”

“Easy ordering process, competitive price and good reviews made me choose Chiltern Oak Furniture for my units. Delivery was not as quick as expected but not too long, however communication between us and delivery company was very good and convenient time was arranged. All in all very happy with whole ordering and delivery process as well as the quality of product and would definitely recommend this company.”

“Industrial chic chairs are fantastic. Look amazing in my kitchen. Delivery arrived on date but 2 hours late; notification of delay would have been appreciated.”

“Nice sturdy stand which came assembled. The round holes on the back of the stand used to feed cables through we're not big enough for all cables if you have an amp. Resulted in having to cut some of the back away”
