Was shopping for a watch with my husband as it was a special birthday for myself. We visited the Bluewater Store and was looked after by a lovely lady called Julie. I loved my watch and she was helpful, informative and very kind. Will definitely be using Chisholm Hunter again.

I brought a watch at a very good price from CH as a gift. It wasn’t wanted so I returned it. The item was delivered quickly and securely and when I sought to return it the process was quick and painless - I couldn’t be more positive about the service I received.

A very pleasant shopping experience with Evelyn assisting me as I paid the balance for an engagement ring for my girlfriend at the Silverburn Branch at Glasgow. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful member of staff.

A bit of a nightmare purchase to be honest, was sent the wrong watch. They sent me a pre-paid return label which didn’t cover the cost of postage so I ended up having to pay out over £11 to return the item I was sent in mistake. They said they would refund me the cost, but didn’t. Beautiful watch when I received the right one but wish I had bought it from a different store to have saved the stress.

I was very impressed with this company. Not used them before. They checked my post code by calling me as there was an issue with it. Was good they did as my new watch could’ve gone astray otherwise! Delivery was also quick. The designer watch I received is genuine and is lovely - and the discounted price offered was brilliant which prompted me to purchase it with this jeweller. Also offered on 3 flexible payments options. I shall use them again if this standard remains!

Do not use. The product was incorrectly advertised on the website. There was a significant level of back and forth, to only be told they do not have the product. Refund was EVENTUALLY obtained after NUMEROUS emails. Client Care was poor. I would not recommend or ever purchase from here!

I bought a lovely Longines watch which was at a great price compared to other retailers. The only problem was it was delivered with a flat battery. However, Chisholm Hunter arranged to provide me with a new watch - which took a few weeks due to Covid-19. So all's well that ends well.

Chisholm Hunter has very poor customer service. I have sent emails about a return that have never been replied to, yet I revive marketing emails from them daily. I spoke to a woman from there customer service team who told me everything she could do to help over the phone but never carried it out and never emailed me the returns form. I am very disappointed to be have been chasing this up for 6 weeks now and still not resolved. Will never use this company in future.
