“Zoe, from Chrisholm Hunter Warrington helped me hugely after I disappointingly lost my watch at Christmas time. Despite being in a pandemic, Zoe responded to emails rapidly and accurately. Once the store reopened I was invited to choose my replacement watch. Zoe took her time explaining the different types available. I’m still buzzing with the watch chosen! Thankyou again Zoe.”

“I’m pleased with the delivery packaging for a relatively expensive watch. I have something like eight Tissots now that amount to about £4K. I think it could (or they) could have arrived a lot quicker. There doesn’t seem to me to be a reason why the delivery took nearly seven weeks P Johnstone”

“The price of the watch represents good value. When I ordered it the delivery date was clearly stated. This was a birthday present so having the watch delivered on time was important. The delivery time/date wasn’t met. I spoke to one of your staff who assured me that the watch would be dispatched as a Matt of urgency and would be delivered by 1pm on the date of the birthday. I left my London address to drive to my Berkshire address, the one given for delivery so as I could get the watch in time for the birthday.. it didn’t turn up and actually arrived 4 days later.. this meant I didn’t have a present and drove a round trip of about 130 miles for nothing.”
