“I bought a ring for my wife online as a surprise, she had seen it at the Bluewater store but I didn't want her to know. Unfortunately, I got the wrong size. Went into the bluewater store to change it and the service was fantastic couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Wanted to surprise my daughter with a ring for Christmas only problem being was I wasn't sure of her ring size. Sent for the size from one of her rings only to find that it was too big. I returned it for a size down & received it within a week. Unfortunately it wasn't the right size so again had to return it. Received an email notifying me that they had received it. The customer service is excellent and I would definitely shop here again.”
