“Website difficult to navigate, order tracking was not updated and after 2 weeks of waiting I had to contact them to be told that my order had been ready for collection for over a week. Products not as described. Items show a chain on the website but did not come with one. Very vague descriptions which didn’t indicate either way. Would not recommend Chisholm Hunter to anyone, especially if you are looking for a jewellers that you can trust.”

“Good selection of watches. Good price. Poor packaging (First was display box in a jiffy bag, then a plastic mail bag. Replacement was large box with the display box rattling inside, no bubble wrap). Had to get replacement for first as dial was misaligned. Paid for insured return with no reimbursement. Return watch had good alignment but still had a scratch that needed to be polished out. But after this the watch is great.”
