“I bought a bracelet as a gift and it was too big, the size is not obvious in the description (I still can’t find it). The response was fast but unfortunately not very helpful, the return period is too short, especially given the current environment. I was advised now the shops are open this period is shorter however there are not many shops and none near me to return it. Expensive gift that can not be worn!”
