“First time order for me. Price was unbeatable at the time. Great website user experience and I received the watch the very next day so all good and no complaints. Packaged well and watch was as described with all the correct boxes and papers etc. Will definitely order from them again. Cheers”

“Positive: Friendly Staff / item received in good order / competitive price. Negative: Lack of communication about delivery progress especially when it’s related to delays. Incomplete paper work in relation to the associated warranty certificate.”

“Whilst the sales assistant was helpful - there was a group of Chinese ladies being assisted beside me and they were bartering for price and got the lowest price they asked for - as a regular Chisholm hunter customer was disappointed that I wasn’t offered discount particularly when website offered further 10% off diamonds - I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future”

“Excellent service online including a chat with sales advisor. A little unfortunate that the smart watch arrived sans charger, however same advisor dropped it off at my house the next day and whilst here kindly adjusted the bracelet.”
