“Excellent watch but took a bit of time to be delivered and had to contact to chase up , I think this was due to Covid but I bought for a present and if I had not contacted I don think it would of been delivered on time, prompt service though when contacted, 4 stars”

“Fantastic company. Ordered online during COVID so I was apprehensive about not seeing the product before purchasing it. It was delivered before the expected date and it was well protected with packaging. I highly recommend this company and would definitely purchase from them again.”

“I ordered a tissot online. Once purchased i received an email from your team to say that there has been an error and that the watch is actually out of stock. They suggested a new watch that is similar and suggested to purchased the more expensive one, without needing to pay extra. You made a mistake, and resolved it properly with respect! thank you”

“The item was late being sent. I had to chase this up. Then whilst waiting it was discounted. Then I was offered the difference in price as a refund. That never happened. I had to chase it up so I complained and heard nothing and had to chase that up. Lovely watch but an awful customer experience. I wouldn't buy from you again or recommend you to anyone.”

“First time order for me. Price was unbeatable at the time. Great website user experience and I received the watch the very next day so all good and no complaints. Packaged well and watch was as described with all the correct boxes and papers etc. Will definitely order from them again. Cheers”
