“I ordered the bracelet on arrival it was too big so i called to the bluewater branch and was advised i could habe it made smaller ( extra cost) i was then advised it would be ready 2/3 weeks I rang the store and was told it is due in tomorrow (last Friday) i drove to the store to collect and it was not there I was informed they would post and would arrive Tuesday Today is Wednesday and no arrival no update no phone call!!”
