“Website states: "Order before noon (Monday to Saturday) for next-day delivery" Ordered before 9am on Friday morning expecting a watch on Saturday. Never received a dispatch confirmation so contacted online chat at 4pm on Saturday. Was advised it would be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. So if you need your product promptly I suggest you shop somewhere with more reliable delivery times. Edit: Chisholm Hunter actually phoned to apologise for the misleading info on the website and offered a gesture of goodwill to compensate. Product was as expected and price identical to other stores so updated review to 4 stars.”

“My order was dealt with quickly and packaged well. I was a little disappointed with the item I ordered, pictures online are not a true reflection of the bracelet, it's much smaller. I guess that's the downside to online ordering.”

“Chisholm Hunter provided the best price on the watch we were looking for. There was a few days delay before the watch was posted but it was two weeks before Christmas. The watch was checked before dispatch and arrived safely. I would definitely use Chisholm Hunter again.”

“The watch purchased was a sale item at a discount of 20%. The parcel was well packed and of a higher quality than some other vendors. There was a problem with the courier which caused the delivery to be delayed. CH switched to Royal Mail who delivered the next day.”

“This is not a negative review but I gave it 4 out of 5 purely because my original purchase was faulty when it arrived. Customer service however gets a solid 5 out of 5 as they picked it up and sent me another lovely timepiece with no quibbles and very fast! Well done!”
