“The first watch arrived 2 days earlier but not working and not adjusted. Thanks to Dustin (Glasgow) for taking care of getting a new one. The watch now fits perfectly to my wrist.”

“Great price on my new Longines watch. Worked out cheaper than lots of the online only dealers and I have the piece of mind of buying from a reputable jeweller, of course delivery and customer service were great even in the lockdown period.”

“Wrong watch received and had to return the watch before they would send the correct watch. Then hope it arrived in time for my daughters 40th birthday as it was a gift. No compensation offered not much in way of an apology almost made to feel it was a total inconvenience to them. The watch sent actually cost a lot more than the one I ordered but no recognition of my honesty in contacting them to have it swapped for the one ordered. Will not be buying from the main again”

“a quick service,the watch arrived beautifully boxed and packaged. The only niggle was had you sent an e-mail saying it had been dispatched i would have been at home,instead missed the post man and had to wait a couple of extra days to receive it , but as i said a small niggle. And the watch is stunning”
