“I was concerned watch would not arrive as there seemed to be a delay. The lady at end of phone I rang with my concerns was so very helpful and ensured it arrived exactly on time as she said it would. Thank you”

“My husband & I shopped online for my birthday present owing to stores being closed during the Covid pandemic. There was a good choice of jewellery and it well priced. We bought an eternity ring and it was delivered within a couple of days.”

“The watch arrived without the bracelet being altered and the box was a little marked. I sent it back having spoke to the manager at Glasgow and he sent out a new one with altered strap. All in all a good solid product which I really like. The service was good overall despite the initial glitch. I would use Chisholm Hunter again as they are a good company and are service quality orientated with staff that are knowledgeable in the products they sell.”

“I clicked on the option of three payment installments. However when I was billed the only option I had was 30 days to pay the full balance. When I approached Klarna they were less than helpful and would not change the payment terms. I also contact you and did not get anywhere. Good product, poor customer service”
