“Online purchase - came in a cheap cardboard presentation box, looks like something from H Samuels. No insurance valuation provided with the pendant, I contacted the customers services number and was told that this is not something they do, however agreed to get one written up and sent to me, I’ve still not received this.”

“Hi, I have a very bad experience in regards to my purchase After all the discussion customers service agreed to refund so money but two weeks of waiting for third customer person join in apologising for your refund where them finance team have different Where were your finance team before agreed on the refund with customer Disappointment with Chisholm hunter It was my first time I have place order them site but find rather a poor customer service till now Very disappointed, I will take this further to trading standards soon Thanks”

“I ordered some ear rings for my partner and when she opened her birthday present it was a ring that had been wrongly packed by your staff . I’ve sent back the ring recorded delivery but still have NOT received my refund. I will not be ordering with Chrisolm Hunter ever again”
