“Purchased a necklace for a birthday present and opted to collect from my local store however I waited over 2 weeks and had no correspondence regarding my order . I contacted customer service to then find out my order was waiting to be collected at my local store I did not receive an email advising of this . However I was very pleased with my purchase of Thomas Sabo necklace”

“They sent me wrong watch to start with. Took almost a week to get this sorted out after many phone calls by me. No one got back to me when they said they would and I am still waiting for a refund for the postage around 3 weeks later.”

“I made my very first purchase 2 days ago. Received it 2 days after. My only issue is that I did receive a confirmation email but I didn’t receive an email saying that my item was already dispatched. I did call them to chase my order and they are very helpful with my queries. Overall, I am very satisfied.”

“Bought a watch which needed additional links fitted for my husbands birthday. When the links arrived they were wrong. Bethany was lovely and absolutely fantastic she went above and beyond to ensure that the watch would be ready for the special day. Communication between myself and Bethany was excellent, I was kept informed at every stage. I will definitely be a returning customer.”
