“Terrible customer service, placed an order on 21st November - not fulfilled as yet! After chasing the order they advised that part of it was now out of stock and issued a part refund. The remainder of the order I am still emailing and getting no update on. Really disappointing great quality products, extremely poor customer care!!”

“My partner bought me an enternity ring which seemed to have a faint in it resulting in the item having to be returned twice. Despite this the staff have been great and in particular Lewis in your Arndale store in Manchester. He kept us well informed throughout and was so polite and professional taking full ownership. Cannot thank him and the team In Warrington enough”

“Still waiting for my watch nearly for 4 weeks later! Starting to panic know as Christmas is so soon! Was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. Then 2 days and still nothing called earlier on in the week and advised it would be by the end of the week and still haven’t received the product. Asked for an email confirming and didn’t receive anything. Don’t reply to my emails either. Not a good experience and won’t be using again just hoping I get the product before Christmas as it is a gift.”

“Was good customer service and communication from the start. I was impressed with the speedy delivery and the hand written card from the gentlemen that packaged my Hugo Boss Ocean edition watch. Also was a good site to shop for a watches as they had lots of variety.”

“Package had wrong address written on it so went to the wrong house and then arrived late. Also the tags and stickers had been removed from the watch which made me think it must have been an ex display model. I emailed chisholm hunter but they wasn't interested. Said they would be doing an investigation but I never heard back from them. When tour spending hundreds of pounds on a watch the service should be top notch and unfortunately this wasn't.”
