“Absolutely shocking. Ordered a Watch that was supposedly on sale only to have a phone call 3 days later to say they will not honour the price as it was a ‘pricing error’ No apology whatsoever. They have done the same with lots of people. I will never order from this company again. Be wary about ordering any items which are in the sale.”

“I bought a sale item, and had not received a tracking number or an email confirmation that the watch had been sent out. Chased it up to find out it was in a store that could only send it out after lock down. Another week goes by and I get an email saying the watch is out of stock two weeks after me paying for it! Meaning they sold my watch. I say my watch as I had already payed for it. So I asked for them to get me another as it was there fault. The company has now discontinued the watch. Worst experience ever! Was supposed to be a wedding gift for my fiancé. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They do not honour the customer service nor do they honour their customers! Do NOT SHOP HERE”

“Worst online shopping experience ive ever had. Bought two separate watches. Neither of them gave me an order confirmations/tracking numbers. Terrible communications online. Final watch arrived which i spent over 1.5k on which should have come with a winder. It didnt and i was told there would be a shipment of them in october. I asked again at this time and to this day ive had no response or winder.”

“Placed an order for advertised sale item, the incorrect ring was sent, initially customer service was good detailing how and where to return the item. However, then had to chase customer services for the refund and emails were ignored. I finally received the refund after 4 weeks - minus the express and certified postage charges - after contacting the customer sales team on the live chat website. Would not use this company again.”

“Bought a necklace for a friends 60th birthday as wanted something she could keep, it arrived in time. Different packaging came with it than was advertised and customer services and a store were very quick to help (I was just being fussy!!) and sorted the issue right away. My friend loved her necklace and would definitely think of Chisholm Hunter for future gifts.”
