“Disappointed as watch arrived with certificate but it wasn't stamped and signed. Messaged to ask why not and if it could be done but request wasn't even acknowledged. Doubt I would use again unless this is put right.”

“I ordered a Gucci ring to spoilt myself. I had gotten to the delivery date and nothing had arrived so I emailed customer services who got straight back to be and said there was a delay so I could either have a refund, pick a new item or wait. Now I was more than happy to wait as I have wanted this ring for a while. I was kept up to date with progress and they are very quick at responding to emails. It arrived and I was very impressed that it comes with a quality control note hand signed which you do not get from other jewellers. Very happy and would definitely shop here again!”

“Watch came quickly, well packaged and pristine (unlike another jewellers who will remain nameless that sold me a used model as pristine). Was also happy with the price match. Its great that C. H. stock under radar brands like Nomos, the fact they chose the model with the sapphire open caseback suggests their buyers really know what collectors want. A+ Grade exceptional around!”

“Most of my order was delivered in good time and I was happy with it all but one piece a Links of London heart charm was packaged in Thomas Sabo box and was badly scratched would have been hard to not see by whoever packed it I phoned and was told where to return as no return label was in order the customer service were very helpful. I returned it and a refund was authorised I still await confirmation of refund of p & p for return other than this it wouldnt stop me using them again”
