“i bought and ex display watch for £4k and it didn't come with a box i emailed you and you were utterly useless, in the Bremont sent me a box. I want a couple more watches but cannot deal with you chaps”

“Only received one out if two items I paid for with no note of explanation. Three calls later I eventually found a competent member of staff who finally resolved my problem. No offer of compensation, or good will gestures! Birthday presents was over two weeks late thanks to shopping with yourselves!! Never again.”

“Very disappointed with customer service - I had to make several calls to chase up my order. First time it was lost and they couldn’t find the order but I was given no notification of this. Frustrating that as the customer I had to chase them up and keep on their case as this item was a birthday gift - probably wouldn’t shop with them again”
