“After ordering and paying for my new watch online, 4 days later on as told it was no longer in stock. I then picked a different watch, which took them another week to confirm it was in stock and finally took delivery 3 and a half weeks after payment. A very disappointing experience which could have been avoided with better communication!”

“Lovely company to deal with, I recently purchased a Montblanc pen for my wife for our 30 wedding anniversary (pearl) and the Monro pen has a Pearl on the clip, the only problem I have is it didn’t come with the outer sleeve and the warranty and booklet etc, I am still waiting for these items, but would certainly recommend Chrisholm Hunter.”

“I'm now at month 14 awaiting the replacement strap for my watch. Obviously I have purchased another one in the meantime but I would still rather like the strap I was promised in January 2020. Again in mid 2020 and most recently in January 2021.........”
