“The order (for rollerball refills) arrived promptly, but there was an issue with the quantity sent. Phone them up and the matter was resolved quickly.”

“I purchased a beautiful bangle and waited 5 weeks for it, upon purchasing it , the bangle was sold out. I had to contact them to find out what was the problem. Correspondence from them up until I contacted them was poor, considering it was there error.”

“I have contacted you by email regarding my recent purchase . The purchase seems to be incomplete and doesn’t correspond with the photos on your website , neither does it match the set sold as same on the Swarovski website both the same price both pictures detailing what is included but I have a braclet missing. My email hasn’t had a response . I have tried to resolve this via email with no joy. My 3 star rating comes from being happy with the quality of what I have received , I’m disappointed that I haven’t had a response”
