“I would strongly recommend against using Chisholm Hunter. I spent almost £3,000 on a Rolex and when it arrived it had issues which they didn’t mention at all. They told me all watches are ‘sold as seen’, which is in fact illegal. Their listing mentioned nothing of the issues and I believe they deliberately hid them, knowingly selling damaged pieces. Throughout a week of emails and calls they have let me down time and time again, no matter who I spoke to. There are many other pre-owned watch sellers online, I would suggest spending your money elsewhere as this has been a disaster from start to finish. I wouldn’t trust their stock, who knows what is wrong with it. I said I was happy to have the problems sorted at a reputable jewellers if they reimburse the cost (we are talking £200 here), unfortunately they would rather turn off future customers and existing ones instead.”

“Dealing with this company for over 6 weeks with regards to them buying my Rolex. Absolutely shambolic chain of events which has ended up costing me money and a vast amount of wasted time. Terrible communication false promises and an offer that never came to fruition, never again!”

“Good price. Quick service Well packed with a surprise watch roll thrown in which the wife was delighted with. Only problem was the email each day asking if I had forgotten something in my basket despite me purchasing it. Minor irritation glitch. The one saying it was on its way was fine. Getting a little bored of being asked to write a review on everything I buy online but in this case I am happy to say well done and thank you.”

“I have recently purchased wedding rings from the Bromley branch. We were served by Gabriel, he was excellent, knowledgeable, attentive, very helpful and very professional. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for in both rings. He presented options and and genuinely helped us make the right choices for us - very likeable, very professional on the strength of his service and the rings he was able to show us we purchased on the spot. Top marks.”

“Sent me the wrong tracking number, meaning they’d sent my item to someone else… couldn’t get me a replacement, offered nothing by way of compensation apart from a gift card of unspecified value to shop with them again!! Rude customer service advisors and pathetic attempts at complaint resolution - buy from them at your own risk!”

“Lady was helpful I was returning earrings I bought online but still feel I did not receive the correct ones as the serial number is not what I ordered or got in store and they went up ax£100 overnight. Not worth what I payed.”
