I seriously advise caution when thinking about buying a watch from this Company; they are unable to yell you how long the watch has been in their stock. Before selling to you!

I ordered a chain online from Chisholm Hunter. They kept informed in a timely manner about the expected delivery. When the parcel arrived, delivered by Royal Mail, it contained a card letting me know who selected the item. It was Thomas. The chain was beautifully packaged. I was delighted and was glad to wrap it and present the gift to its recipient. Thank you for your excellent service.

Do not deserve any stars no interest in customer service. Utterly hopeless ,badly trained staff. I purchased ladies Longines watch Jan 2020 with a two year guarantee and paid cash The watch stopped working August this year ,and has only be worn on a few occasions, due to Ill health, I was only able to do something about it,this week.To be told by the Silverburn shop manager,Angela that the battery life of a longines watch is only 12-18 months.Why would a high end watch manufactor such as Longines offer a 2 years guarantee with a battery which only has a life of 12-18 months,? Puting a loyal Longines customer at inconvenience of having to send the watch away for six weeks plus to have a battery replaced? Customer service is zero. Be warned do not buy from a Company that does not care about their customer.Nil points for professionalism.  I Feel I have been sold an inferior watch. I accept that Chisholm and Hunter is not a top Jewellery retailer but I ignored that,due to convience not having to travel;my confidence came from buying "Longines" What a disappointment! I intend to take this up with Longines.Surely, there is a point of law here, where a retailer knowingly sells a watch fully expecting the battery to expire before the guarantee?? I have contacted watches of Switzerland in London,and they have advised my concerns and complaint will be passed to the Longines area manager for Scotland,to investigate. To further add Chisholm and Hunter was unable to advise when and how long the watch I purchased was in their stock before it was sold to me ? I have since learned from another "high end ,"retailer this is information they can provide,and have advised if their watches have been in their stock for too long then they are returned to the manufacturer,why can Chisholm and Hunter not provide the customer with this info? Do you have do something to hide.i wonder? I need to give feedback to Longines to advise if they care about their brand name then they will have to have some serious discussions with Chisholm and Hunter about advising the customer on how to sell a Longines time piece and deal professionally with any complaint.

The delivery arrived promptly and earlier than expected. It was packaged beautifully and you could really tell someone had taken care of the item. The watch was bought as a gift and the recipient was over the moon with it

Wasn’t explained to me that I was purchasing a display watch, handled by many, not what I expected paying nearly £6k for the privilege. I expected new out of the box !

I had brilliant customer service from Chisholm Hunter. I was unable to see how to order the correct wrist size for a watch for my son. They were prompt to contact me to help rectify this. I was able to get it adjusted at a local jeweller and they will refund the cost. They also sent me a beautiful watch roll to keep the watch in. I could not be more satisfied by the way the company handled my review.

Visted this store recently as I was looking for a wedding gift and Nikki has been an absolute star . She was so caring , positive and patient . This has been best possible customer service I have ever experienced . A massive thank you to her . ps ( your company cannot loose her at any cost )
