“Still haven’t received the item have emailed twice with no response so called them and was told item was signed for. Well not by me. They are now looking into the matter. Definitely won’t be buying from them again. A £300 watch just left with whoever and someone signing on behalf of me.”

“Following the purchase of a watch for £2,000, the customer service has been pretty poor. No guarantee has been sent with the watch and the box was damaged. The email we received from Chisholm Hunter didn't even have a proper display name - it came from "Help" which obviously looked like a spam email!”

“The Zenith is my dream chronograph, that cost me an arm and a leg. The watch case is gorgeous. I expected no less. The strap was disappointingly short for my very average wrist. It barely reached, it embarrassed me. This will not happen with a £30 Casio. I had to return the watch I bought, all the way from the Midlands to Glasgow. I am gutted. Having vented my dismay, I am grateful to Megan who is taking care of my case. The after sales customer service has been excellent so far. Megan ordered a replacement strap from the parent company. I might still fall in love with my Zenith, despite tripping over the first hurdle. I reserve judgement until the watch is back on my wrist.”
