“Riceived first watch which arrived in damaged box . Watch had scratch on case. Second watch arrived . Watch ok but again the cardboard Longines outer box damaged even though packed securely in larger box . Was told damaged in transit .”

“I ordered a watch to collect from our local store. Unfortunately, I wasn’t emailed to say it had been dispatched and no-one contacted me to let me know the watch had arrived. I chased the order and found out then it was waiting for collection. Better communication would have been good.”
