“No problems what so ever but if you order online to the store you dont get told when its ready so you have to have a lucky guess. Staff were lovely in store”

“We purchased an expensive ruby and diamond bangle for a special birthday. The product was excellent and delivery was prompt. My only complaint is we purchased through Topcashback which was advertised as a good % cashback. However, today, a couple if months, chisholm Hunter have not honoured the Topcashback offer, very disappointing.”

“Ordered watch and went v quiet. Rang to ask what is happening. Apparently they couldn't find the box for the watch. Agreed to send without box but they sent wrong watch. Made them aware so they sent prepaid Royal mail bag to return watch but bag too small so didnt fit. Had to sort this out myself. Told them wanted refund and took several days to confirm this by email. Takes ages and dispatch dept seems a shambles.”
