“Very speedy delivery of watch, but despite offering a sizing service & a downloadable template, there is no way to actually do this on line. So....a quick call to the Customer Service line was made & a firm promise to size it pre delivery made. Of course, it arrived without being sized & to add insult to injury the quality card had the sizing box ticked as done. A local Chisholm Hunter store graciously did this for me but in these difficult times a simply unnecessary journey was made to do it. A poor effort. Nice service in store though.”
