“My husband and I visited Chloe's jewellers for our 20th wedding anniversary in October 22. My husband bought me a diamond ring and the service from Thu Nuygen was so professional. As part of the service Thu arranged to polish our wedding rings and repaired my engagement ring. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I have just recently used Chloe’s Jewellers to reset an engagement ring that needed a new case. I have to say that I am very impressed by the service and the friendly staff. Sharona thank you for helping pick out a fantastic case and customising….. would totally recommend a visit if you are looking for some new jewellery…”

“I took my gold gate bracelet in for repair and was very pleased with the result and the efficient, courteous and prompt attention I received from Ahmed. The cost was very reasonable too. Thank you and I am happy to recommend Chloe’s to any family or friends in the future.”

“The personalised treatment and care that we received from Van Le was exceptional. She was patient with me and my partner, and made suggestions based on our specific preferences. She has gone far out of her way to provide this service and ensure that we were really happy with our rings. I will definitely be back and have already reccomended her to friends.”

“Really thankful to find chloes jewellers in hatton garden after hours and hours of going around. Trying to find my perfect engagement ring for an affordable price is really hard until I went inside their shop. Thats where I found my perfect ring that matches our budget and Ahmed was really kind, patient, helpful and very informative. They are GIA accredited too so you cant go wrong in getting a stone from them.”

“I went to Chloe’s to get an engagement ring and wedding bands. The experience was made really easy and they went through all the options with me. Can was really helpful and the rings were done beautifully. I would definitely recommend for a unique and fun service.”

“We have loved the experience of getting our rings done at Chloe’s. Van made a custom emerald ring and a chevron style wedding band which compliment each other perfectly. Absolutely in love with the result!”

They are not pushy or in just for the sale they really want their customers to be happy with their purchases Visit Chloes shop you won't be disappointed. “The ladies in the shop provide a gentle, professional genuine and lovely experience. Sharon was amazing and I now own the most beautiful GIA certified pear shaped diamond ring which I wear every day. There is so much choice in Hatton Garden, however, these ladies really are a cut above the rest. Five star everything!Thank you”

“Due to Covid19 I couldn’t visit Chloe’s shop. I purchased a bracelet through the online facility and spoke to their young lady who was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I was kept up to date with my purchase from initial order to receipt. I am very pleased with the bracelet and the professional way Chloe’s handled my purchase.”

“My wife and I went to every shop in Hatton Garden and this was by far the very best. Best prices and best quality. Excellent friendly service and very well informed about all products. I was happy to buy my wedding ring ( I lost on holiday I the Ocean) from here. Very friendly and cannot recommend highly enough”

“Excellent service, we had already had a poor experience from purchasing an engagement ring from another jewellers. From the moment we walked in to the shop, the ladies could not have been more helpful in helping us find the perfect ring. Did not feel rushed or that they were 'forcing' a purchase on us. Once we settled on the ring, they were able to resize the ring on the day so we did not need to make a second trip. Could not recommend this jewellers anymore!”
