“"My order was delayed because of a quality issue which I appreciated being notified of but when the ordered arrived the quality issue was still present. After Alistair got in contact with me and apologized for the lack of response to my emails and queries as there was a filtering issue with their emails. They were fantastic reaching out to me and correcting the issues and gave a fantastic note and chocolates as a gesture for the inconvenience. The level of service after the fact was phenomenal. Would happily order again and recommend them to others. Thank you very much. We are enjoying the chocolates and now have a few new favorites.”

“Not only is the online shop slick and user friendly but I was able to call and speak to one of the friendly team members regarding my order with ease. Excellent service both on and offline. The chocolate is absolutely delicious and unique in its craft and flavours too. Will definitely be making future orders.”

“Despite the teething problems with the delivery packaging, which I hope gets sorted soon, the chocolates remain delectable and extremely moreish. The high quality is reflected in the taste and the variety adds to the expectation every month. I would highly recommend these chocolates not only as a high quality treat but also as a luxury gift.”

“The milk chocolate almonds are the best I have tasted. The selection boxes are filled with unusual and delicate chocolates. My only criticism would be how quickly they disappear!”

“I love trying artisan fresh chocolates and have tried many from chocolatiers regarded as best in the UK & World The Chocolate Society are every bit as good, usually suoerior. They never disappoint. Seasonal & mothly selections provide surprising finds that leave you wanting more. Champagne truffles the best I've ever had & I have tried many! Salted caramels & dark truffles likewise so good should come with health warning. I love good chocolates & chocolate society make the kind of chocolates I love to eat. I've sometimes been disappointed by other supposedly world class chocolatiers but never by the chocolate society.”
