“Purchased a Ralph Lauren Tech Fleece Zip Hooded Sweatshirt and the Ralph Lauren Tech Fleece Slim Jog Pant both in black. My son did not see the items were of two different shades of black so we returned the item after emailing them on two separate occasions without a response. They would not refund on the items as the labels had been removed even though never worn. I am now out of pocket £198.45 with a tracksuit my son will not wear which clearly choice could see was two different shades of black. DONT USE THEM ONLINE AS YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING>”

“Awful customer service. A relative bought me a clutch bag for me for Christmas (bought on 17th december) and was obviously given to me on 25th. I decided I wanted to exchange the bag for something else on their website but due to my partner having covid 19, I had to isolate and was unable to return the bag to them until after 4th January which apparently was the last day they would accept a return. Emailed them explaining the situation expecting them to make an exception considering the circumstances yet they point blank refused. Absolutely ridiculous returns policy hardly giving me any time to return with the Christmas closures even if I didnt have to self isolate. AVOID!!”
