Their practices are deceptive and unethical. I didn’t know that I was enrolled in their rewards program until I got a bill after purchasing a book the month before. It would be interesting to know how much this seemingly Christian company has made from people by ripping them off this way. Do not do business with this company!!!

I recently learned this company automatically signs you up for a reward programs and charges 14.95. It was difficult to cancel and would not refund. If you order be very careful and check you credit card monthly for this charge.

I saw a charge on my credit card for an enrollment in their membership. They claim I did this, but I haven't been on their website for almost a year. The charge was just one day ago. I feel they are being deceptive. If I hadn't noticed it, I would have been out money I didn't spend. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered a book and it was delayed 4 or 5 times always indicating it was available in 3 weeks but it was continuously on back order even after I asked they check with vendor. Ultimately I canceled the order. I will not use again.

I somehow got enrolled in their $15/mo membership program. They claimed I knowingly signed up but I do NOT enroll for programs, so it was so super fine print. Do NOT accept a rebate, membership, or rewards program!!! They only refunded part of the charges, basically what I would be able to contest with my payment method. I am so disappointed in this “Christian” company. Guess I’m going back to Amazon and Barnes and Nobel.

Order placed in 12.7.23 for advent calendar. Label created but as of 12.14.23 USPS never received package and vendor is saying the bulk of mail is causing delay. Might be lucky to get advent calendar BEFORE Christmas.

Beware when buying from this company. They will enroll you in a membership program without your knowledge and charge you $15/mo. Very shady practice for a company claiming to be "Christian"... they're customer is unsympathetic and matter of fact as well. Avoid them at all cost.

I had posted a previous review about how I like Christianbook.com. but, not now. I ordered homeschool books. I decided to teach my child sign language. So my order included a $3.25 coloring book on sign language. This was not shipped with the rest of my order. Today I am charged $16.95 for the coloring book and shipping and handling. I hadn't planned on this and my account is minus money I needed. I am angered and done ordering from this site. Cindy

website would not accept my email address and password. I punched "create new account" and it took me to the same type screen that rejected my entries and entered an email address and a new password to create the account and punched login. Once again it rejected my entry. I am blocked.

I ordered 2 sets of Chris cards. They sent one set which turned out to be a journal and not cards. They sent second set which was supposed to be an assortment. They set wrong assortment of cards. I received the wrong order twice. The guy who answered the phone could care less. Poor customer service and wrong order. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a bible for my son for Christmas 20 days ago and still haven’t received my order. I contacted customer service and their excuses aren’t even relevant. This is the only item my son asked for, for Christmas
